Pretubing of buildings

As of April 2019, it is possible to prepare for your future electrical charging station thanks to the mandatory pre-piping of indoor and outdoor covered parking spaces for all new constructions in Luxembourg*.

*according to the Grand Ducal regulation of 7 March 2019 modifying

• the amended Grand-Ducal Regulation of 30 November 2007 on the energy performance of residential buildings; and
• the amended Grand-Ducal regulation of 31 August 2010 concerning the energy performance of functional buildings
